

We honestly have the best job in the world. Think about it: while (with all due respect) a dentist works with a probe, syringe, and that terrifying drill thingy, our tools are music, cinema, photography, illustration, anthropology, sociology, business, social media — and memes. Yes, we also have memes as tools of the trade. Case closed. What I signed up for over 25 years ago was this: building strong brands, telling great stories, connecting people, nurturing bold ideas (and new talents), being brave — and having fun along the way. I hold a degree in Advertising and specialized in Graphic Design at the Berkshire College of Arts and Design, in Reading, England. I started my career as an art director — a role I believe you never really leave — and today I serve as Vice President Creative Director at BETC Havas. Before that, I was CCO at Havas+ and held leadership roles at Publicis, Y&R, and other top Brazilian agencies including DM9DDB, Lowe-Loducca, Borghierh-Lowe, Lew'Lara/TBWA, and DPZ. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible brands like Heineken, AMBEV, Coca-Cola, HSBC, Itaú, Johnson’s, Procter, Vivo, TIM, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Peugeot, Citroën, Nokia, TAM, Azul, Timberland, and Hershey’s — to name a few. My work has been recognized with 26 Cannes Lions and awards from The One Show, D&AD, Clio, Epica, LIA, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, and more. I’ve also served as a juror at major international festivals like The One Show, Dubai Lynx, Effie Awards, El Ojo, LIA, NY Festivals, Red Apple Moscow, Wave Festival, and CCSP.
